We wanted to take this opportunity to let you konw how satisfied we are with the home that you recently built for us.  We did not know if our marriage could survive building a house but your staff (Karen and Tommie) and the contractors made everything so easy it was actually a very enjoyable experience.  You were always honest with us about costs on changes we wanted to make or upgrades we wanted installed and time frames (even thought the weather was not very cooperative).  We ran into a couple of bumps along the way, knew up front  we would, but were always able to come to mutually agreeable solution.

We had looked for several months at new and used homes and did not find anything that compared with the quality of workmanship put into your homes.  The first thing that attracted us to the Whispering Pines addition was the lay out of the houses as well as teh style of houses.  Not row housing as you see in so many additions.  The fact that no other homebuilder is permitted to construct a house in the addition also attracted us since we knew you built a quality product.  The location was also important to us.  Out of the city but not too far out as well as close neighbors but not too close.  the covenant restrictions were what we were lokking for as well.  It is quite apparent that the homeowners in the addition take very good care of their property and that is another plus.  We will definitely have to get busy this spring with landscaping.  After having live in the city for the last 30 years, we are really enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.  The only things that we have not adjusted to yet is how dark it is at night.

There were a few minor things that needed changed after we moved and those were taken care of expeditiously and to our sarisfaction

During the recent ice storm, we lost power for 2 days.  The temperature in the house did not drop below 67 degrees and attest to the quality of the insulation and construction.  We have since purchased a generator.

To sum things up, the entire process was very pleasant experience.  The professionalism, skill and patience of your staff and contractors are to be commended.  If you ever need a reference for a potential homebuyer, please do not hesitate to call.
