The Bonilla Family

If you had told us, when we climbed into Jackie's truck in 1999 to go see a Hill's home, that seven years later we would be living in our 3rd Hill's custom home, we would have said you are “crazy”.  But here we are in yet another beautiful home, custom built by the Hill's.  Yes, we did look into other builders and even considered buying a previously built home, but we knew that we could not get the quality that we wanted, unless we went to the Hill's.

We want to especially thank Lyndl for putting up with us through the building of three homes.  He was extremely helpful and was always willing to work with us, even with our crazy scedules.  Lyndl went out of his way to see that our home would be exactly what we wanted.  Whether it be changing the wallpaper in the bathroom, or completely changing the color, he was always willing to see that we were happy with the results.

Also, we wanted to thank Jackie and Jeff for their help and answering questions when Lyndl wasn't around.  A very special thank you to Karen and Tommie, you ladies are wonderful.  You are always working so hard to get things done.  We appreciate you so much for being so patient trying to track down, or trying to get a decision out of us for tile, paint, carpet, or whatever.  Also, for giving us ideas and letting us know what would look the best here, or to use that color there... we really enjoyed working with you both.

There are so many people that had part in building not only the house we live in now, but all three of the houses.  We could never mention them all, but your work is EXCEPTIONAL, and we thank each and every one of you.  Thirty years down the road, if we decide this house is two big for the two of us when the kids are grown and gone, we will not hesitate to come to you once again, to build us a beautiful home.
