We wanted to take this opportunity to let you konw how satisfied we are with the home that you recently built for us.  We did not know if our marriage could survive building a house but your staff (Karen and Tommie) and the contractors made everything so easy it was actually a very enjoyable experience.  You were always honest with us about costs on changes we wanted to make or upgrades we wanted installed and time frames (even thought the weather was not very cooperative).  We ran into a couple of bumps along the way, knew up front  we would, but were always able to come to mutually
